GUIDELINES FOR PARENTS

  • Check your child’s school diary every day.
  • Teacher’s remarks should be noted and signed.
  • Enquiry about your child’s progress at least once in a month.
  • Kindly attend the parent’s teacher meeting.
  • Student should complete the homework regularly.
  • Encourage your child to participate in all the activities conducted.
  • Avoid comparison with other students avoid negative talk.
  • Parents should ensure that they child comes to school in proper uniform.
  • Children should be regular and punctual to school.
  • If a student is absent for more than 5 days due to sickness, the leave letter and Medical Certificate should be produced.
  • If leave letters are not produced students will not be allowed in the class.
  • Avoid asking for a half day leave, in case of emergency; permission must be sought in writing from the Principal through the class teacher.
  • Kindly arrange family and religious celebrations, pilgrimages and excursions, out of the school hours, during holidays and not during school time.
  • Parents should encourage their ward to read books or play games instead of watching mobiles and TV.
  • Parents must check that the child carries books, notebooks and required stationary according to time table.
  • Do not send your child to school if sick or not in good health.
  • Parents are requested to send wholesome and healthy lunch in unbreakable containers along with a hand towel / paper napkin.
  • Children should take care of their belongings. It is advised that every article should bear the name tag.
  • School will not be responsible for the loss of items.
  • Parents are requested to ensure that the child carries at least one fruit every day to be taken in one of the break.
  • Parents should inform if they will come late to pick up their child after school and also inform in case any other person except their family members comes to pick up their child.
